1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India including major cities, towns, and rural areas.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders (no minimum order value)
- COD orders may have an additional COD handling fee as shown at checkout
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Other areas: 7-10 business days
- Remote/hilly regions: 10-14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply. For COD orders, the order will be cancelled automatically after 2 failed delivery attempts.
